SEX AND THE SANITARY
MILITARY
If you have been reading or listening to the news during the last few years, you may have gotten the impression that there was never any sex in the military services until women were allowed to join.
Well, yes. There has always been a fervor about gays in the military but this was more in the sense of bullying all males into fitting a controllable stereotype. Once you make everyone in a group think, feel and react the same, they are easier to lead. You've all heard it: "A few good men," and "The army will make a man of you," and the like.
Then along came woman, and suddenly sex reared its ugly head where it had never been before -- in the military services.
Just like the Garden of Eden, everything was going great until Eve spoiled it all with a snake and an apple (or two?) Talk about symbolism! Gosh, it's all women's fault that rape and sexual harassment happen.
"It's because they joined up."
"Like, they were obviously looking for it."
"They're all lesbians anyway and they need straightening out."
What a load of crap. Just because it hasn't made front page news, it doesn't mean the services have been celibate until women darkened their doors.
There are literally tons of records of sexual misconduct toward women in towns, cities, civilian workers on military bases and, of course, in every naval port. Just recently, in all the fervor over the poor career Sergeant who was convicted of raping six women, a reporter came up with a stunning quote from a military maven.
"Before women were allowed we hardly ever heard of sex problems except for an occasional enlisted man sleeping with or raping officer's wives."
And who is leading this condemnation of women? Sure enough, many of the military who have fought the idea of women in the service. We would expect that. What is also expected is that women are actively speaking out to condemn other women. If you ever want to hear a person who really drips hatred of herself and her gender, take a listen to a woman named Laura Ingram.
Laura has it all figured out. Women are destroying the military. They are evil beings who have wormed their way into a select society of superior beings and are intent on destroying our mighty army, navy, airforce and marines to say nothing of the coast guard. And it's not enough that they are in the services themselves, they have infiltrated the service academies (OH MY!) even soon to come unto the sacred turf of V.M.I. and -- well, you can name the others. Laura is a role model for fembots and the poster child for the male supremacist that lead the political/religious cults.
To
hear her tell it, women just force their way into these sacred places with
the intent of seducing these poor males and thereby destroying the very
fabric of our civilization -- "Oh the humanity!" And, of
course, trouble followed. The stalwart male, tormented beyond endurance,
responded. He couldn't help himself. It's all her fault. Added
to this is her claim that women on ships are getting pregnant at an alarming
rate. What did sailors ever do before women
served in the Navy? Have they stopped making those delightful blow
up dolls and sex toys?
Yes, there are women who are sexual predators just as there are men that are sexual predators. The services should weed them out and get on with the training of adult males and females. For all the recent publicity, there are D.I's who do not rape their charges; there are many examples of women and men training together without intergenderal groping, and there are men and women out there in everyday life that are learning to respect each other as human beings and comrades in arms.
Flash! Women and men can learn to exist together in military and other situations but it means that they must shuck off the cultural conditioning they have received from birth. The conditioning that women are here to serve men; that women are neither equal nor human but are recreational and procreational vessels.
Did you ever hear of NORWICH? It's a military academy located in Northfield, Vermont. Women have been integrated into the corp of cadets for some years now and the new cadet commander is, gasp, a woman. [liznote]
Guess what! They are exchanging a few cadets with VMI to show them how adults relate to each other. Have you heard anything about this in the national media? Do you wonder why? If any of you know Laura Ingram, tell her about it. It's sure to make her day ... NOT!
