BEAM ME UP, AMAZON!

In the midst of our series on pre-election R.N.C. propaganda directed toward women, we got this response from a subscriber: "The G.O.P. pundits have obviously been reading John Gray's misogynistic Mars & Venus works."  She went on to give us rebuttal URLs (listed at end.)

Thanks for sending them on to us, Joanne.  We tried to give Gray's "book of wet dreams" a fair read but lost several teeth, due to excessive grinding, in the process.  Reading the rebuttal was delightful.  This guy has become the poster boy for many women's programs and is generally all over the tube and the women who host them are all over him.

It is not surprising that he would get a huge media play.  It is a comfort to some to have all of life laid out for them in a package labeled GENDER -- do this, don't do that; think this, don't think that, etc.

Gray's books always tend to place a chasm between the genders and make opposing forces of them rather than encouraging commonality and combined strengths.  This was Hitler's way also as we delineated in GenderGappers 1999-016: STICKS AND STONES.

Besides, our culture considers it important to continue MASKING ALL valid reasons for the ever-emerging abilities of women.  Whatever else, the "backlash" must be served.  Gray's books do this admirably.

Well, the mask is about to be removed!  It's high time to reveal the true nature and source of WOMANKIND.  Forget everything you've ever read or been taught, and rely on your intuition from here on.

In a yet undiscovered (by Earth) and far distant galaxy, a singular planet renews an orbit established eons ago.  Its inhabitants call it, AMAZON.  Thousands of ages ago, Amazonians sailed into the vast empire of space studying the varieties of life developing on the planets in distant galaxies.

When they reached Earth, they found a planet much like their own but with no advanced inhabitants, so they decided to create a new race.  They knew better than to simply replicate themselves and produce beings, which would be susceptible to pathogens peculiar to Earth. Instead, they used a technique known to horticulturists.  They would find a hardy, native animal and graft some of their genes onto the resulting progeny, for several generations.  After carefully searching, they decided on a certain type of ape that spent much of its time walking erect.

For many years, the Amazonians tended their "huma becomings," carefully removing the families showing the strongest "intended" characteristics, to a selected area of safety.  As Amazonation progressed, they taught their creations many skills to ensure their survival after they left them.

Early on in their experimentation, they introduced cremation of the dead.  Always before, earth animals fed on the dying and dead.  This was unacceptable to the Amazonians since it would pollute other Earth creatures with a foreign genotype; leading to they knew not what dire consequences.  This one fact alone is the reason scientists have still not found reliable examples of the transition being between HUMA and APE -- the so-called "missing link." Long after the Amazonians had left Earth, Ama-humakind continued to evolve.  It took thousands of years and suffered countless setbacks to reach where we find ourselves today. Many of the early colonies reverted to the ways of their ape ancestors and were quickly wiped out by "normal" apes that found them "weird or "different."

Some colonies developed into wandering bands of killers serving male gods of war_  But, here and there colonies flourished, carrying on the teachings of the Amazonians.  They were a peaceful people dedicated to the land and each other.  Both genders shared in the leadership and spiritual enrichment of their tribes.

Many of these colonies were overrun and corrupted by the killer bands, but a few persisted for thousands of years. Even to this day we hear stories of Amazonians in South America. The tribes conquered by the killers who worshipped warlike gods were forced to give up their traditions, but the true-bred Amazon descendants, mostly women, carried on the teachings in their hearts and passed their insights down to their daughters.

If they confided in sons, they would have been killed since sons were part of the patriarchy established by the war gods.  Then as now, in most respects, women were deemed worthless and were badly used, especially if they showed any signs of intelligence.

Even so, stories of the accomplishments of some fantastic women have persisted despite the culture's efforts to subvert them (GenderGappers 1997-010: BURY THEM DEEP AND THEY DIDN'T EXIST).

Perhaps anticipating this turn of events, the Amazonian visitors of long ago had encrypted in one of the two female X-chromosomes extra material for survival. Some males would also receive this gene over the ages, but ALL females would. Encrypted also, awaiting only a signal from Amazon to FULLY activate, was the true legacy of the creators.

During the latter part of this Century, there has been an increase in the leakage (planned or accidental, we do not know) from this X-chromosome, and we believe this leakage is triggered by "independent thought" since it has happened only in SELF-DEFINED women... Now, see how easy it is?  Just choose your planet(s) and spin it.  You can come up with all sorts of interesting situations, but it won't make you rich unless you do it ry-chusly.

So, don't waste any time looking for "GenderGappers and the Amazon Planet" on "Oprah" or "The View" or any of the other network women's programs.  They would never clamor for our presence on their stages since our story has violated the cultural prime directive.
