ET TU, MOTHER OF CAESAR?

We've reviewed how the "Anti's" are continuing to convince voters, with inaccurate graphics, that all abortion means "late term" or "partial birth," and that human, airbreathing babies can live in women's uteri -- a condition unknown to medical science.

Their leading presidential candidate has gone a step further and has even located unborn children in women's uteri.  This nonsense has got to stop and we have only about a year to get the language and the message to voters back on track.

If and when birth control becomes fail-safe, there will still be times when a woman must have her pregnancy terminated to save her life OR PROTECT HER HEALTH.  Don't be swayed by the claim that a Caesarean section will cover those situations.

Due to all the super bugs that we have created with our scientific advances and carelessness with antibiotics, it is beyond foolhardy to open a woman's abdominal cavity to infection when there is a perfectly designed birth canal available.

Even though a C-section may sometimes be indicated, when there are delivery problems THAT MAKE IT NECESSARY, it should be used only in the most extreme cases because of the risks to the woman and her reproductive system.  But, check it out for yourself.  You are the doctor and the law says you cannot terminate this pregnancy via the birth canal to save your patient's health and/or life.  You are, however, allowed to CUT HER OPEN.

Go ahead.  Paint her belly with the best germicidal wash known and pick up your scalpel.  Cut through the many layers of skin that protects her from infection, slice open the abdominal muscle sheath and you are in the abdominal cavity.  There is the uterus and its contents, surrounded by all the organs it has pushed aside during its growth.  Things like ovaries, intestines, bladder, kidneys and ureters -- so don't nick them as you slice and dice your way to get at it.

The UTERUS!  A fabulous organ, site of the creation, maturation and expulsion of a fetus.  The outer parts of the uterus are layered with smooth muscle that runs in three different directions -- a twister waiting to happen.

It is especially designed to protect the fetus, expand as the fetus grows and to open the cervix at birth.  Its inner layer is a factory that functions every month to produce from scratch a thick nutritive lining and suitable climate for fetal growth.  If not needed, it sheds it.  Then starts in to build it up again.

But, never mind all that.  Just slice it open and pull out the error of nature that is causing the expectant mother's illness.  Get it out fast and sew up the cut you made in the uterus -- hoping you didn't introduce one of those nasty bugs that frequent hospitals.

Sew up the protective and compartmenting membranes, the abs sheath and all the layers of the skin -- hoping that some of your stitches will not produce painful adhesions for the woman to suffer the rest of her life.  And be agonizingly aware that if she becomes pregnant again, your stitches in the uterus may not hold.

We trust that the virtual experience above will help you smash any GOPpers argument that a C-section is O.K. or better than a late term abortion.  Also, as you meet with those who have been convinced that abortion kills babies -- remember that no BABY was EVER killed by an abortion but prior to Roe v. Wade, many women were.

We repeat the following because we still see ads showing an OBVIOUSLY month-old-or- more baby put forth as the "victim of an abortionist."

THIS SHOULD BE OUR MANTRA: A baby is an air breather.  It would asphyxiate in a uterus.  A fetus can exist in a uterus because it develops an extensive life support system connected to and dependent on the mother.

When you force the media and others you may correspond with on the net to use the correct terms in their arguments, such as fetus, they fall flat on their funky, flaky, fundy fannies.  Their arguments loose credence when they are deprived of their ability to misname and mischaracterize.

Why should late term abortions always remain legal?  A very potent answer may be found here.

T.V., radio and newspapers use the rhetoric of the anti-choice and anti-woman factions.  Only the internet and personal contact remain as our options to get an accurate message out to the voters using correct terms and graphics such as the link above.

Use our articles as well as others from sources you will find linked to our website to spread THE TRUTH, and "the TRUTH will set you free."  It's tough to get down and dirty, but "you don't expect war to be glamorous, do you?"

And when the "Anti's" tell you of the pain inflicted on what you KNOW is a fetus (not a baby) during an abortion, tell them about what may happen to any unwanted AUTHENTIC, REALLY AIR BREATHING birthed baby like the unnamed, 7-week old baby girl from Northampton, MA.

"This infant died September 24, 1999, a victim of assault and battery.  An autopsy showed her legs had been broken in 13 places, and she had multiple spinal and head injuries in various states of healing."

SEVEN WEEKS IS A LONG TIME FOR ANY CREATURE TO SUFFER SUCH PAIN.
