REGIME CHANGE BEGINS AT HOME
        VOTE!

If you think things went bad in the USA and the world the last two years, you ain't seen nothing yet if Republicans completely take over the House and the Senate. It would give Dubya another trifecta to crow about. The Bushies would own all three branches of the federal government: executive (president), legislative (Congress) and judicial (Supreme Court).

That would mean the appointment of more judges who would make sure other Republicans were elected in close contests and who would certainly repeal Roe v. Wade. It would also mean four more years of this Imperial regime.

LINKSYou think it wouldn't happen? Think again. If the press was free and told us the truth, there would be no way in Hell that Republicans could control all three branches of the federal government. Voters would flock to the polls in droves and vote them out.

With the press gone, there is only you, your vote and the Internet sources. Use your vote and your connection with the Internet and the many sources of information so you can decide who is running for what office in your State, and their stand on the issues important to you. http://www.vote-smart.org/ Scroll down and click on "candidates, issues. etc." You just have to type in your zip and all the info is there for you.

It's crunch-time in America. Even if you don't especially like the Democrat(s) on your ballot, think of it like this: a vote for her or him is a vote against Bush and his takeover of your government.

Vote as if your life depended on it -- it very well may.

For GenderGapper subscribers who live outside of the United States -- HELP US! Call or e-mail those friends and relatives you know here and urge them to vote because you know it will adversely affect you if the present regime gains even more power.

Everyone! Call and remind your friends. Take as many folks along to the polls with you as you can. Make it a party, get some chips and salsa. It's a date you must not miss:
