WOOF!

The tail is wagging some of the big dogs. Always before the word came down from the Party leaders and the rank and file stomached the rank stench that followed a failed candidate, filing it away for the next election.

Now voters are uniting to do the necessary things to insure fair honest elections in this country while their leadership does the loser-shuffle-off to the tune of a self-anointed, self-mandated dictator who ignores the Constitution and the well being of Earth.

Any information about the election and fraud can be found only on blogs and other Internet sources. The traditional media is in lockstep again ready to follow Bush into the next preemptive war.

To those who say the Congressional Majority will be tempered by Republicans who will support Democrats, we say two words -- Senator Arlen Specter. Of course there may be a small group of "Red Dogs" that will emerge but between the hammer of Delay and the sickle of Karl Rove, don't look for too much.

Just watch the so-called political discussion groups on any channel. Regression has set in since the election and now they resemble the groups seen and heard after 2001, that is, a majority completely in the Bush camp with one or two timid souls who don't know what they are for.

Sure, they may still be one person in a group of talking heads who might have opinions contrary to the Republican Party~Rs talking points but she/he is quickly squelched. Sometimes by overshouting, other times by hilarious, scornful laughter. http://mediamatters.org/items/200411220003

This year's election is a turning point for women. Using the same exit polls they disparaged for its conclusion that Kerry would win, the GOP and its media are claiming an end to the gender gap. Neat! Now women can blame each other for Bush~Rs win and forget about Diebold and election fraud.

Since they are also claiming that many more Blacks and Hispanics voted for Bush this time using the same exit poll results, they think that no one can dispute these conclusions.

If many women did forsake the birthright of future generations of women, and voted for Bush because they believed the propaganda of safety, they will go down. Unfortunately the rest of us will go down with them.

"Tucked into the $388 billion budget measure just approved by the House and Senate is a sweeping provision that has nothing to do with the task Congress had at hand - providing money for the government. In essence, it tells health care companies, hospitals and insurance companies they are free to ignore Roe v. Wade and state and local laws and regulations currently on the books to make certain that women's access to reproductive health services includes access to abortion." http://www.nytimes.com/2004/11/23/opinion/23tue2.html

Sadly, the women who sacrificed and toiled for reproductive freedom for all women are quickly dieing out. Soon there will be no one to remind us of what we have lost or traded away for the illusion of safety.

Many women worked hard to defeat Bush and they are now lost and disillusioned. Most women have no idea of how politics work; of how the big dogs sniff each other's butts and play the power game with nary a thought for the saga of women and coat hangers.

Some women want to leave for another country; others will stay and continue the fight. One thing for sure it~Rll be a bitch. It's the very kind that the big dogs love -- the use of their power and control over weak and helpless victims.

Abraham Lincoln: 16th U.S. president, 1809-1865, wrote: "To sin by silence -- when they should protest -- makes cowards of men:"

GenderGappers adds: "and makes eternal victims of women."
